CAREERS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Cherish staff must complete 6 hours of
ongoing training annually
and submit training documentation to the Payroll Administrator as a
condition of employment.

Additional Position Specific Training Requirements:
PCA: DHS CFSS CERTIFICATE TEST LINK Required to be a MN PCA
ILS: To be an Independent
Living Skills Trainer for Cherish you must annually provide proof that
you have completed complete policy review and: 9 hours of training in
recognizing the symptoms and effects of certain disabilities and
health conditions, providing supervision of, training to and assistance with ILS
training services as a condition of employment.
Homemaker: Must annually
provide proof that you have completed complete policy review
CNA certificate Nursing Assistant Registry
Compliance Monitoring video (7 min.)
